Door-to-door sales app · no minimum team
KNOKR is the app that doesn't kill your reps' batteries
Built for crews under five reps. $49/mo includes your owner and manager seats; each rep is $1.99 a day they knock, capped at $49. The GPS fires only when a door is logged, it works with zero bars, and every pin knows the house.

The problem
Most field apps fight the rep they're built for.
Too small for the big apps.
Some field apps are designed for five reps or more, hide the price behind a demo and take weeks to set up. A three-rep crew is left waiting.
Batteries die by 4 PM.
Apps that stream GPS all day drain the phone your rep needs for the close.
Offline mode quits when the signal does.
Back streets and new builds lose service. Knocks get lost or never logged.
Pins are dumb.
A dot says someone knocked. It does not say this house cancelled in 2022 or just sold to a new owner.
Every feature is another per-user fee.
The seat price is the start. Data, contracts and AI each stack on top, per rep.
Contracts outlast your season.
You pay for twelve months of seats to knock for seven.
What you get
Everything a door-to-door team runs on. One app.
01
Knock tracking + pace panel
One tap per door. The pace panel shows doors, contacts, interested, estimates and sales against the day’s goal.
02
Territories
Draw or import areas. Split a street odd/even between two reps, or assign whole territories.
03
Property pins + heat maps
Pins colored by history: active customer, cancelled by year, estimate given, new owner. Heat map of spend by area for managers.
04
Callbacks that sync to the CRM
Come Back Later becomes a task in GoHighLevel. Done in the office, done in the app.
05
Hours and active time
Active-time reports built from logged activity, with gaps reviewed by a manager — never silently removed.
06
Gamification from verified records
Points, levels, streaks and leaderboards awarded by the server from confirmed knocks only.
The part that matters
Don't take our word for it. Knock a door.
The live demo is the real app with a fictional company in it. No signup. You land as a rep.
What's in the demo- A fictional company, Pinnacle Home Services, with 120 houses in a made-up neighborhood.
- Three fictional reps with a week of knocks, callbacks, estimates and sales.
- Pins in every state: active customers, cancelled with years, estimates, new owners, property data.
- Log a door as a rep and watch your pace panel move.
- Nothing leaves the demo: no texts, emails or CRM syncs. It resets every night.

Why we built it
Built by an operator running a real door-to-door crew
KNOKR started as the field app for UltraGreen, a lawn care company in Central Arkansas.
We needed reps with phones alive at the end of the day, knocks that saved on streets with no service, and pins that told us which houses already had history with us. The apps we tried charged per seat for all twelve months and per feature on top.
So we built our own and tested it on our own doors. KNOKR is that app, opened up to any team that sells door to door.

KNOKR
$180.34
Industry flat $69 seat
$207
KNOKR = $49 platform + $1.99 per rep per active day, capped at $49 per rep. Industry flat seat = a typical $69 per rep per month, billed whether they knock or not.
What does a 10-rep team actually pay in July vs December?
Example with assumed days: in July each of 10 reps knocks 22 days. That is 22 x $1.99 = $43.78 per rep, so $49 + 10 x $43.78 = $486.80. In December the same reps knock 6 days each: $49 + 10 x $11.94 = $168.40. A rep who knocks every day of the month stops at the $49 cap.
How does active-day billing work?
A rep-day starts the first time that rep logs a knock on a given day. Days a rep does not knock cost nothing. Each rep is capped at $49 per month, and the $49 platform fee covers the company and includes 2 seats — an owner and a manager — at no extra charge.
Is there a minimum team size?
No. Start with one rep. One rep knocking 22 days is $92.78 for the month, platform included. Your owner and manager seats are included too, even when they knock. Add reps whenever you hire; each one is billed only for the days they knock.
Can you move us off SalesRabbit, SPOTIO, Salesforce or spreadsheets?
Yes. We import your leads, pipelines, territories and follow-up schedules at no charge — we waive the switching cost, not the subscription. Start with the paid 30-day pilot ($149 flat for the whole team) or subscribe directly. The first 25 teams get the founding price lock.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes. The rep's territory loads at the start of the day. Knocks save on the phone with their time and sync when signal returns. With no GPS fix, the rep picks the house from the street list or types the address, and the knock is marked as logged without GPS.
Will it drain my reps' batteries?
KNOKR takes a high-accuracy GPS fix when a rep logs a knock, and reuses a fix under two minutes old. During a field day it records a low-accuracy position about every 10 minutes and uploads in batches. Outside a field day it records nothing.
Is there an app to install?
KNOKR runs in the phone's browser and installs to the home screen as an app today. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap. Web pricing is the launch discount.
